• Observation of your physical and mental/emotional responsesI'll be here to assess, adjust, and guide. You will also be committed, as you will repeat the exercises 4-5 days a week, for 15-30 minutes, to create the desired long-term transformation.

Hybrid 3 months program with self and group online practice.
Individual assessment of your main difficulties through a video of you riding, in order to help you focus on your major issues (asymmetry, alignment, level of confidence)
Onboard form to fill in, where you can tell me about your goals and current difficulties
8 small group sessions live, comprising mindset awareness, breathing and physical Yoga practices, Q&A
Access to the Rider Mindset and Alignment Digital Course for a 15-30 min self-practice 4-5 times a week

The exact dates of the LIVE Calls are still TBD, but they will all be at 7pm CET on MEET.
Calls will be recorded and uploaded to the portal.

The program is set up to support you fully in releasing negative beliefs that are holding you back and implementing the breath and movement practice you learn to show up consistently. However, YOU are in charge of your results. I can give you all the tools and support but at the end of the day, you are the creator of your experience.
As long as you are committed, show up, do the work, apply the concepts, and go through the processes you'll get results.
