/Rider Alignment Course
Connect back with your body, and manifest these big results in competition.
Only available in English
/ Where mindset meets movement to transform your riding with confidence and ease.
The mental shifts and quantum leaps I talk about in my Social Media videos are deeply connected to how we move and breathe. Thatâs why my course focuses on mobility and the synchronicity of breath and movement through yoga-based practices. These arenât just stretchesâtheyâre intentional exercises designed to align your body and mind, helping you unlock more confidence and ease in the saddle. The course also connects these principles to the dressage training scale, showing how physical balance, rhythm, and flow in your body directly influence your horseâs performance. If youâve been inspired by the mindset shifts I share, this course is where youâll experience them physically and create lasting results.

A suitable Yoga mat is highly recommended. You may also find it helpful to have 2 Yoga blocks , 2 folded blankets, a thick cushion (or a Yoga bolster), and a belt, scarf, or leather stirrup (or a Yoga strap). You are all set up!
-
No, not at all! You just need to show up as you are. One key to getting results is consistency, regardless of the circumstances. Whether you're recovering from an injury or whether you're 20 or 60 years old, variations in postures will be demonstrated to adapt to your needs. The most important thing is to learn to synchronize your breath and move through it. Enjoy your appointment with yourself!

This course is designed to be completed in 11 weeks or more, depending on your personal progression. You have 1 year access, allowing you to become familiar with the sequences at your own pace, confidently reach the final 30-minute sessions, and even let your body memorise them. Then it will be available to you for a lifetime!

Yes, absolutely. All sessions are pre-recorded. You can practice anywhere and at any time. However, I recommend practicing in the morning before starting the day with the horses. This way, you'll have the opportunity to be fully present and in tune with your body and your horseâs. Also, remember not to practice right after eating. Ideally, allow a couple of hours between both.
-
The sequences are progressive and are designed to help you develop your practice carefully, so it is NOT recommended to skip sessions or change the order. However, if you have already completed all the sessions consecutively, or if you have a regular and consistent Yoga practice, you could consider doing so.

Sessions last from 12 to 30 minutes, and we hope they easily fit into your day to help you stay consistent. Better 20 minutes every day than 1 hour twice a week... Just like with a young horse!
-
Absolutely! Whether you're recovering from an injury or if your horse is going through a recovery, you can still take care of yourself and prepare to get back in the saddle. You'll likely recover faster or help your horse be back on track with increased empathy and awareness.
